Biography

AJ Harris is a Cincinnati based artist who explores queerness and rural masculinity through photography. He is pursuing photography getting a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts at the University of Cincinnati Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). He has been featured at the Dayton Society of Artist in the Midwest Americana showing and received the second place award. He continues to explore the tangent between his trans identity and his rural upbringing through his ongoing work, The Place Where You End and I Begin. He also works with The News Record photographing campus sports and events.
